You can also enjoy a breakfast filled with homemade products: lemonade, brioche, English muffin, pancakes, far breton, cake of the moment (currently banana or lemon), yoghurt, compote, rice pudding, salted butter caramel and spreads. Other products are prepared on the premises, such as smoked bacon and scrambled eggs. Other products include local and home-made apple juice, orange juice, 3 types of charcuterie, 2 types of cheese, butter, 3 types of jam, dried fruit and oilseeds, fresh bread from Dinan's best bakery, 4 types of cereals, madeleines and honey.
This ‘home-made’ initiative is a priority for the people in charge of breakfast (the reception staff). We are constantly working to improve it and offer other products, depending on the season but also on feedback from our customers.
