For all rooms , notify if arriving late after 8pm, we will give you a code that gives you access to the hotel 24/24.

Cancellation

Free cancellation until 12:00, 1 day(s) before your arrival

Cancellation without charge until 48h before the date of arrival at noon. 

Otherwise the first night will be charged. 

In case of no show, the amount of the room alone for the entire stay is taken.

Any stay started is due in its entirety. Therefore any early departure will be billed the amount of the room alone for the remainder of the stay scheduled at the time of booking.

For group bookings (more than 5 rooms), 30% of the total amount will be requested as deposit, the latter guaranteeing the reservation. Possibility of cancellation up to 1 month before the date of arrival.
